Ingredients

- 1½ cups (375 g) whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gherkins (dill pickles), finely diced
- 1 tbsp capers, finely diced
- 1 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill (or fresh parsley if preferred)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or until ready to use.

Prepare the sauce up to 3 days in advance and store it in the fridge. The flavours will develop over time, making it taste even better!

Store freshly made leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
