This Easy Yoghurt Garlic Sauce is your shortcut to better dinners. It’s quick, budget-friendly and instantly upgrades anything from grilled meats to salad bowls. With just four ingredients and no cooking required, it’s a fridge staple worth keeping on repeat.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1½ cups (375 g, approx. 6–8 servings)

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1¼ cups (310 g) Greek yoghurt (see note 1 for regular yoghurt)
  • ½ tsp freshly minced garlic
  • 1½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

Note 1 – You can use regular plain yoghurt. However, as it’s runnier the sauce will be thinner.

Make Ahead

You can make this up to 3 days in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. The flavour develops over time – it’s even better the next day!
