Ingredients
3 tbsp whole-egg mayonnaise
1 tsp gochujang, see note 1
½ tsp sesame oil
½ tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
- Taste and adjust – add more gochujang for extra heat or a little more vinegar for tang.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Notes
Note 1 – Gochujang comes in different spice levels – mild, medium and hot. If you’re unsure, start with ½ teaspoon and add more to taste.
