A creamy, spicy, umami-packed Gochujang Mayo that takes just a few simple ingredients and a minute to make. Perfect for dipping, drizzling or slathering on everything.

Ingredients

3 tbsp whole-egg mayonnaise
1 tsp gochujang, see note 1
½ tsp sesame oil
½ tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust – add more gochujang for extra heat or a little more vinegar for tang.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

Note 1 – Gochujang comes in different spice levels – mild, medium and hot. If you’re unsure, start with ½ teaspoon and add more to taste.
