125gmayonnaise
90gGreek yoghurt or sour cream
½tspfreshly minced garlic
1tbspfresh lemon juice
1tbspfinely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1tbspfinely chopped chives
¼tspsea salt flakes
¼tspfreshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth.

This sauce can be made up to 3 days ahead. Store in an airtight container in the fridge – the flavour improves as it sits. Stir before serving.
