A creamy, spicy, umami-packed Gochujang Mayo that takes just a few simple ingredients and a minute to make. Perfect for dipping, drizzling or slathering on everything.

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth.
Taste and adjust – add more gochujang for extra heat or a little more vinegar for tang.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Note 1
– Gochujang comes in different spice levels – mild, medium and hot. If you’re unsure, start with ½ teaspoon and add more to taste.
