We offer monthly and annual subscription options.
The price, billing currency, billing frequency and any applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment service providers to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen plan.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial.
During the trial, you can access the subscription benefits without paying a subscription fee.
Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid monthly or annual plan, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your nominated payment method.
The price and billing frequency that apply after the trial will be clearly displayed during checkout.
You can cancel your trial before it ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
We may limit free trials to one per person, household or account, where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Monthly subscriptions renew approximately every month, and annual subscriptions renew approximately every 12 months, according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring payments until the subscription is cancelled.
You can review your subscription details and upcoming renewal information through your account, where supported.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's subscription management area or by contacting hello@simplehomeedit.com.
Cancellation takes effect immediately.
When your subscription is cancelled:
Future recurring subscription charges will stop.
Your paid subscription benefits will end immediately.
You will continue to have access to the free version of Simple Home Edit, subject to the ordinary website terms.
Any applicable refund or credit will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy below.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your website account or remove your ability to access publicly available recipes.
We will not require you to provide a reason for cancellation.

We offer a voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription charge for eligible new subscribers.
If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of your first successful subscription payment.
To request a refund, contact hello@simplehomeedit.com with the email address associated with your subscription.
Where you cancel a prepaid subscription after the seven-day guarantee period, and your paid access ends immediately, we will refund the unused portion of the prepaid subscription period on a proportionate basis, calculated from the effective cancellation date.
Refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times.
The voluntary seven-day guarantee does not ordinarily restart with subsequent renewals, but this does not limit your statutory rights.
Our subscription services come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
For Australian consumers, these include applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund, cancellation or compensation, depending on the circumstances.
Any voluntary refund arrangements described in these Terms operate in addition to your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
We may change subscription prices or benefits from time to time.
Any material change affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated in advance where required by law.
Price increases will not be applied retrospectively to completed billing periods.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your agreement before implementing changes or provide you with an appropriate opportunity to cancel.
An active subscription is intended to remove eligible third-party display advertising from the Simple Home Edit website while you are signed into your subscriber account.
Certain content may still contain:
Clearly identified sponsored content or commercial partnerships.
Affiliate links.
Product recommendations.
References to Simple Home Edit products, services or publications.
Third-party embedded content outside our direct control.
These elements are not necessarily classified as display advertisements for the purposes of the subscription.

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment providers may retry the payment and notify you.
Continued payment failure may result in suspension or cancellation of subscription benefits, subject to applicable laws.
Any applicable taxes, fees and total charges will be disclosed during checkout.
We may send transactional or service-related emails concerning your account, purchases, subscriptions, billing, security or important service changes.
