These easy Smoked Salmon Bagels are ideal to whip up for a quick lunch and are elegant enough to serve to guests. Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, toasted
  • 125 g (½ cup) Nuffin roasted capsicum and onion dip (or spreadable cream cheese)
  • 2 small cucumbers, sliced thinly
  • 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp baby capers
  • 2 tbsp Quick Pickled Red Onions or regular sliced red onions
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions

  • Assemble – Top the bagels with roasted capsicum and onion dip (or cream cheese if using), cucumber, smoked salmon, baby capers, pickled red onions and fresh dill.
  • Serve – Serve immediately.
