Ingredients

Cream Cheese and Chive Dip
  • 250 g (1 cups) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 90 g ( cup) sour cream
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped fresh chives, plus a little extra to sprinkle on top
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
To serve:
  • smoked salmon
  • red onion rings
  • baby capers
  • sourdough bread, toasted

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk.
  • Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
