Cream Cheese and Chive Dip

  • 250g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 100ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, roughly chopped (plus a little extra to sprinkle on top)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

To serve:

  • Smoked salmon
  • Red onion rings
  • Baby capers
  • Sourdough bread toasted


  1. Combine ingredients using a whisk.
  2. Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
