This year….

📕 My debut cookbook hit the shelves and debuted as a number 1 best seller across all books in Australia, thanks to YOU.
⛺️ We got outside more as a family and spent our weekends away camping… I realised it’s sometimes hard for me to switch off my busy mind, but that it’s so important. 💆🏻‍♀️
👗 I discovered it’s best that I probably shouldn’t shop alone… ever. 🤣
📺 I said the word ‘prick’ at least 6 times on my first appearance on national television. 😂🙈
🧑‍🍳 I did my very first live cooking event where I was able to meet some of you in person. This community’s energy is so pure and REAL — you energise me and inspire me everyday to keep going. ✨
🥘 I was able to share my Mum’s kitchen with you.
🐶 We welcomed Rose to our family. 🥹🌹Oscar (our senior Spoodle) and her are now the best of friends… sort of. 🤣
👩🏻‍💻 Thanks to you, I was able to share weekly new recipes on my website, with the support of the most incredible small team. ❤️

Thank you to every single one of you who has supported me by watching my videos, making recipes from my website and for your beautiful messages and laughs. I’m counting down your favourite dinners of 2024 and this one came in at the most viewed number 1 spot! These are Spring Roll Bowls, the newest obsession at our place. Expect to see loads more healthy, veg-packed family dinners in 2025.

We prepare most of our meals at home with the intention of not only saving money, but eating the foods we want to be eating. Weeknights can be busy, cooking dinner and washing up can feel all consuming, but this is the perfect quick and easy dinner when I don’t have a lot of time or energy. It’s on the table in less than 20 minutes, I can use up any veg I have leftover in the fridge so there’s no waste. I know it doesn’t look like much, but it is so delicious, save this one for when you next need some dinner inspiration! 😍

One Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken and Potatoes — I’m counting down my most viral family dinners and this one comes in at number 3! It’s one of the easiest, most delicious, ‘throw it all in the one pan’ dinners.

I find it satisfying saving my money by not eating out and also love knowing that I’ll be sitting down to a nourishing, wholesome meal at the end of a busy day without spending hours in the kitchen. Beautifully roasted chicken in a garlicky, lemony marinade sits on a bed of potatoes that soak up all of the goodness and become soft and caramelised. It is insanely delicious and comforting, but takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and pop in the oven. You could absolutely make this ahead of time and reheat it, ready for when you need it. It is perfect for busy weeknights. Save this one, you will love it.
