Chia Pudding
These Chia Puddings are a simple, nutritious, and delicious breakfast or snack that you can be whipped up in minutes. They require minimal effort and are delicious, made with just chia seeds, your choice of milk, honey or maple syrup, before being served with your favourite toppings.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (any milk of choice)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Serving suggestions:
- Berries (blackberries, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- Sliced banana
- Tropical fruit
- Coconut flakes
- Cocoa nibs
- Nuts (macadamia, walnuts, almonds or nut butter)
- Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- Granola
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup or honey, if using, into a jar. Stir well to combine. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Stir again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or overnight) to allow the pudding to set. The chia seeds will absorb the milk and should be nice and thick. Thicken the pudding, by adding an additional tablespoon of chia seeds if needed (set for a further 30 minutes prior to serving).
- Top with desired toppings before serving for maximum freshness. Blackberries and toasted shaved coconut pictured.
