Cream Cheese and Chive Dip
- 1 cup (250 g) cream cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ cup (90 g) sour cream
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped fresh chives (plus a little extra to sprinkle on top)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
To serve:
- Smoked salmon
- Red onion rings
- Baby capers
- Sourdough bread, toasted
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk.
- Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
