Cream Cheese and Chive Dip
- 250 g (1 cup) cream cheese, room temperature
- 100 ml (6 tbsp) sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, roughly chopped (plus a little extra to sprinkle on top)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
To serve:
- Smoked salmon
- Red onion rings
- Baby capers
- Sourdough bread toasted
Instructions
- Combine ingredients using a whisk.
- Sprinkle with extra chives and serve.
