This Air Fryer Beef and Bacon Burger recipe is just the thing for anyone wanting to enjoy a delicious, healthier version of this fast food staple. The juicy beef patty is perfectly seasoned and paired with crispy bacon and melted gouda cheese, served on a lightly toasted brioche bun. The best part is that everything is cooked in the air fryer, which makes for a fast dinner without a ton of excess oil. I love to go all out on these burgers and top them with onion, tomato, beetroot (beet) and pickles, with mayo, mustard and ketchup. This meal is highly customisable; feel free to add whatever toppings you like!
