A creamy garlic and herb sauce you’ll want to dip everything in – fries, chicken, wraps, you name it!
This Creamy Garlic and Herb Dipping Sauce is the ultimate all-rounder – smooth, tangy and full of fresh flavour. It’s the perfect partner for Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders, golden fries or veggie sticks, and doubles as a quick dressing for salads or wraps. Made with Greek yoghurt, mayo, lemon, garlic and herbs, it’s creamy without being heavy – the kind of sauce that makes everything taste better. Best of all, it comes together in under 5 minutes with no fancy equipment required.

Can I use dried herbs instead of fresh?
Fresh herbs always taste best, but if you only have dried, you can absolutely make it work. Use 1 teaspoon each of dried parsley and chives, then let the sauce sit for 30 minutes before serving so the herbs soften and the flavour develops.

Can I make it lighter?
Yes! Swap half (or all) of the mayonnaise for extra Greek yoghurt. You’ll still get a creamy, tangy texture – just a little lighter and fresher. Low-fat yoghurt also works if you prefer it.

What else can I serve with Creamy Garlic and Herb Dipping Sauce?
Pretty much everything. It’s perfect with baked chicken tenders, oven fries, wedges, roast potatoes, grilled meats, wraps, shawarma or veggie sticks. It also works beautifully as a salad dressing (just loosen with a splash of water) or as a spread in rolls and sandwiches. Basically, if it needs a creamy, garlicky boost, this sauce has you covered.
