This week, I’m prepping a few of my go-to recipes that make dinners and lunches easy and versatile. I’ll be roasting two chickens—one to enjoy for dinners and the other to shred for quick, protein-packed lunches. I’m also making a big batch of my classic bolognese sauce to freeze, so we’re ready for a busy night later in the month.
