Meal planning is the process of organising your meals ahead of time. It involves choosing recipes and shopping for ingredients in advance to help ease your mental load during the week. Meal planning ends the age-old question “what’s for dinner”, stops impulse purchases at the supermarket and helps reduce wastage. It allows us to eat well, save money, gain back precious time and reduce stress.
Each week I will share my personal weekly meal plan, which is filled with various dinner options. There is no one-size-fits-all meal plan, as each family is different. Use my meal plans as a guide to help you create your own.
